Branch Manager: (apply) - Job # 1524334
ACU has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager position in Dublin, OH. Duties will include:
- Market the credit union at the facility by conducting member education sessions, participating in local benefits fairs and ensuring the credit
union has strong representation at the local campus.
- Apply and evaluate policies and procedures for branch ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations.
- Monitor branch activity, including number of transactions, volume, errors, loan sales, account openings and service levels achieved for members.
- Assist members in person and on the phone in routine transactions and also resolve concerns and complex account questions or problems.
- Interview loan applicants in person and on the phone, process loans and approve or deny the request appropriately.
- Create and maintain environment in the branch. Training employees to focus on recognizing opportunities and matching member needs with Credit Union products.
- Recruit and maintain highly motivated, well-trained staff, maintaining effective employee relations
- Manage security and safety of branch.
- Recommend, implement and supervise budget for branch.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- 2 years of financial institution experience preferably in the following areas: Credit Union, Member/Customer Service, Management, Call Center, Lending,
Teller Supervisory
- Knowledge of Financial Service industry and understanding of Credit Union operations
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in-person and via telephone
- Authorized to work in the USA

Member Representative / Teller: (apply) - Job # 9557851
ACU has an immediate opening for a Member Representative at its Dublin, OH location. Responsibilities include
processing consumer credit loans, handling changes to member share or loan deductions, calculating and receiving cash or checks for loan payments/payoffs,
disbursing funds from member accounts, assisting in the preparation of reports on loans made and paid, maturities and share withdrawals, etc. Position will also
include other miscellaneous duties as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; college/associate degree preferred
- 1 year of teller, lending, financial consulting, financial institution/credit union, and member/customer service experience.
- Able to analyze loan applications and operate a teller drawer
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills both in-person and via telephone
- Ability to assist members with complex problems
- Detail oriented
- Authorization to work in the USA.
